Description

This training equips professionals and caregivers with foundational knowledge to better support system-involved youth who live with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. Participants will explore the intersection of neurodivergence and trauma, learn to recognize the needs behind behaviors, and gain practical, strengths-based strategies for supporting youth through challenges like sensory overload, executive dysfunction, and self-regulation. The training promotes a trauma-informed approach to building stability, understanding, and success for neurodivergent children in foster care.
