Community Resiliency Model [3-Hour]

1x 3-hour session

Description

The Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Guide Training introduces participants to a biology-based, trauma-informed framework for helping individuals and communities understand the nervous system, recognize signs of stress and resilience, and practice simple skills that support emotional regulation and well-being. Through experiential learning, participants explore key CRM concepts such as the Resilient Zone, common nervous system responses to stress and trauma, and practical skills including Tracking, Resourcing, Grounding, Gesturing, Help Now!, and Shift and Stay. The training emphasizes accessible, non-stigmatizing language and teaches participants how to guide others in using these skills safely and effectively in everyday life, workplace settings, and community-based support roles. CRM Guide Training does not prepare participants to provide therapy or clinical treatment; rather, it equips them with practical tools to promote stabilization, connection, and resilience across diverse populations.
