The TMS collects employee training data such as registrations, completions, and attendance. This data is used to manage trainings, track compliance, improve programs, and support reporting requirements.

Training Management System – Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

The TMS collects and stores employee data necessary for training administration, including but not limited to:

  • Name, agency/organization, job position/title, county of employment, email
  • Training registrations, completions, and attendance records.

2. How Information is Used

Employee data in the TMS is used exclusively for:

  • Scheduling and managing training sessions.
  • Tracking completion of required trainings.
  • Reporting compliance with agency, state, and federal training requirements.
  • Improving training programs and offerings.
  • Preparing documentation to funders.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Data collected in the TMS will not be shared with external parties except when required by law, regulation, or funding source compliance. Access is limited to RCS staff with a business need (e.g., HR, Training Department, Supervisors).

4. Employee Rights

Employees may request access to review their training records. Employees may request corrections if records are inaccurate. Requests must be submitted through the Training Department by emailing Trainingdept@redwoodcommunityservices.org
