Terms & Conditions – Training Management System


Arlo is an internal platform provided by RCS to schedule, register for, track, and record attendance at trainings. It is intended solely to support employee professional development, compliance, and organizational training requirements.

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

Applies To: All users accessing Arlo, the Training Management System (TMS).

1. Purpose

The TMS is an internal platform provided by RCS to schedule, register for, track, and record attendance at trainings. It is intended solely to support employee professional development, compliance, and organizational training requirements.

2. Acceptable Use

Employees and users must use the TMS in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner consistent with RCS policies.

Misuse of the system, including unauthorized access, falsification of records, or sharing credentials, is prohibited.

TMS access may not be used for personal, non-work-related purposes.

3. User Accounts & Security

Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

Employees must immediately report suspected unauthorized use, loss, or compromise of their account to Trainingdept@redwoodcommunityservices.org

4. Data Accuracy

Employees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal training records, registrations, and attendance submissions.

Falsification of training records or misrepresentation of participation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

5. Monitoring & Compliance

RCS reserves the right to monitor TMS activity to ensure compliance with agency policy, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.

Employees should have no expectation of privacy when using the TMS.

6. Violations

Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in:
  • Suspension or termination of TMS access.

  • Disciplinary action (up to and including termination).

  • Legal consequences if applicable.
